Default RE: ULTIMATE bipe question

IMO, the Dave Patrick Ultimate ARFs are the better flying planes in the smaller sizes. Another company to consider is World Models. They make Ultimates in the .30 and 1.20 sizes. I have had two of the larger Ultimates from World, both using a Saito 1.50- 4 stroke. What an AWESOME flying plane. Quite sturdy, too.

Global also makes a smaller Ultimate ARF that flys very well on a 40 to 46 engine. A friend has one that he has flown for a long time now and he has enjoyed the devil out of it. I flew it quite a bit and therefore know it has good flight qualities. The Goldberg/Great Planes version is a good choice in the 60 size as well.

As was stated by Rongreg13, they ALL fly well and are a pleasure to fly while your ability level increases.

Go for it!
