Default E Sky Honey Bee Problem

Hi all,
I am new to heli's but not new to RC. I bought the Honey Bee to learn about heli's before I buy a 3D model such as the Raptor. Before pulling it all out of the box I searched the Internet for training/instructions and I found Raddy's instruction page. Fantastic page! In following his instructions of the 1 foot square ground hover training. I find that I can hold the heli in the one foot square for a long time until I throttle up above half way. This is when I find out I have no forward movement. I can go from side to side and backwards and hold the heading very well. It just will not go forward.

I have checked all the linkage and the flybar does rotate to correctly I think.

Also, when I hand rotate the main gear by hand I see the is a slight wobble and pushes against the motor gear harder at some piont in the rotation. I think the shaft mounting hole on the main gear is off center.

I have seen most of the videos from Radd's page about E-Helis and I see smooth take off and hovering from these small helis. How do I trim and balance my Honey Bee to get the same results?
