CarsII Is on the right track I have used just about all hinge methods. The key to no flutter is no slop in the linkages and servo..
.45 and below CA are ok
I really like useing covering as gapless hinges.
Big stuff or Jets The bigest Robarts that will fit. Epoxy or the new polyurathane glues.

My free advice may be worth every penny.
