We did have a flyer bring a brand new Lanier Edge 540 to the field (the 73 inch ARF). It did the same thing. The whole wing started fluttering like mad on takeoff. One of our best pilots was doing the honors and got out of the throttle and literally milked it back. It had flutterd the wing so hard, it bent the aluminum wing tube.
