Thanks Bob, yeah I think it will help if the balsa drys roughly the shape of the curve, I'll try that, though my balsa doesnt sit properly because of all the attempts I've made the fuz side is now rough so some sanding may be needed.

After the sheeting Its the tail blocks but I tryed my razor plane and its crap! Or that may just be me. Its a Zona razorplane they didn't have those David combi ones...
