Ryan, not a problem. You can do it 1 of 2 ways. Use the old sheets where you punched out the parts as a template. just get some new wood and cut the parts out. At this stage the only pieces I think you would have used is balsa. So a sharp hobby knife is all you need. The other way is to punch out the other parts and use them as a template.

This method will work a little better. You make the parts slightly oversize. And sand them to final shape.
