Where, other than direct from SIG, can I get a replacement wing kit for the 4 start 60? I built the right half today and discoved a slight warp in my table which cause a bow in the wing.
TIA,
Ryan

Ryan, not a problem. You can do it 1 of 2 ways. Use the old sheets where you punched out the parts as a template. just get some new wood and cut the parts out. At this stage the only pieces I think you would have used is balsa. So a sharp hobby knife is all you need. The other way is to punch out the other parts and use them as a template.
This method will work a little better. You make the parts slightly oversize. And sand them to final shape.
It should be an easy fix. Good luck with your kit.

Ryan...
Are you talking about the ACE 4-60 biplane? If so, I've got an entire set of wings that I'll sell you for $35. They are covered in while with some green paint overtop of the monokote (mostly on the leading edges). My Bipe went in nose first when the clevis came off the elevator servo arm. Luckily, it was on a slow landing about 40 feet up. The first 8 inches of the fuselage is gone and i've decided that I'm not going to rebuild it. The wings have no apparent damage since the nose took the impact, but the covering is torn on one tip. Let me know if you're interested. If not, I'll put them up on RCU for sale, but you have first dibbs!

Between 1/4 and 1/2" at the center... it looks like a beam supported at either end with a weight in the middle.
I think I'm going to not worry about it and see what happens

G1K,
Hey, here's an idea that works well... Submerge the wing half in hot water in your bath tub until the spar is good and soft, then lay it out on your flat surface and weight it down until completely dry. That will straighten it all out for you. That is of course... if you haven't covered it or sheeted it yet.
