Next time let up on the up elevator as the speed builds up and it won't leap off the ground and go left.

Also don't use the ailerons when at slow speed when it does leap off the ground ....use the rudder to yaw the airplane to the right.....and the wings will keep flying.

When you bank with the ailerons it causes the banked wing to lose some lift...... and at slow speed, you know what happens, the aircraft will spiral into that wing.
