AKFlyer is correct. Not having been part of the conversation it is hard to know, however, I wonder if the judge was referring to having the center manuever centered or just the overall placement of the manuevers. The presentation score does take into account the judges impression of how the overall set of manuevers looks- balance, flow, etc.. If not, the judges may simply just not have been "up to speed" on the current judging "situation" - (zoneless box, presentation score).

This presentation score is a hot topic- quite frankly, most flyers who I talk to are not in favor of it but it seems to be being promoted heavily for a reasons that I do not fully understand.

I am not a fan of it myself.
