Hi Eric,

To add the pic under your name (called an "avatar") go to "Edit Profile" then "Edit Options" and look for Avatars. You'll need to edit your desired pic in a paint program, making sure that it's filesize is less than the max size allowed and then upload it as instructed.

It must be easy....I did it! Some guys even have animated .gif avatars....don't ask me how'd they do that!
