I have one out of DP's first shipment. After all of the bugs were worked out in assembly and I fixed the balance issues, it has been a GREAT flying plane with my Brison 2.4. I too had to reglue part of the hatch and about a month ago landed the plane only to find the spinner about 1-1/4" down and to the right. When I shut down and removed the cowl, I found that the top and bottom of the engine box had come unglued which allowed the sides to come unglued and spread apart and the firewall came loose. The engine was only being supported by the cowl! Don't ask me how I got it on the ground--on final it was all squirrely which was unlike the usual behavior of the plane, and luckily I didn't have to go around! I've since repaired the firewall and have some BVM carbon fiber angle braces reinforcing the thrust box. The firewall has been pinned and some additional triangle stock added as well. Surprisingly, the balance was barely affected by the mods. Other than this, I have LOVED the plane and plan on flying it until it REALLY comes apart!
