We didn't understand that part. Reset what Switch? We tought it could be the tail lock switch, so we did as if it is.
Yes , I think that is right.

Ok, We did that, but here comes the problem. Fist he set the max value of the right rudder command, it's works perfectly, but when we give left rudder binding occurs. So we set the left rudder so no binding occurs, but when we do that, the right max value come back to the old value. This happends because there is only one pot to set the max value of the right and left rudders, and it's seems that it is linked.
That's the problem!
I think you are supposed to set the pot WHILE you are holding the stick over to the side... I can't be totally sure. I'm just trying to read the instructions and help interpret them.

There is also a part of the instructions that mentions setting the piroet rate:
Lift the model into a stationary hover. If you are comfortable, perform a full stick pirouette to the left, and then to the right while noting the speed in which the model rotates. If the model rotates more quickly in one direction that the other, adjust the travel adjust down on the fast side and retest. When completed, the model should pirouette at an equal rate in both directions.

Also, try adjusting the linkage mechanically, you might be able to "center" the throws so that you get a better balance between right and left.
