Default RE: 3D dreams???

To drop that engine into, I would say a profile like an Extreme 330, Extreme Flight .40 size Edge 540T (or any 3D profile) or a twist3D or something but its still going to be sortof a small engine.

Good 3D planes I have seen fly or flown with <1.0ci engine.

U Can Do 40 size- Good starter 3D plane really forgiving for about $150 flies great with a .70 size 4 stroke. $189 for the .60 size, I have 2. But the 60 size flies better with > 1.0ci, like a YS 1.10 or a Saito 1.20
Flip 3D- same as the small U CAN Do, but the ARF is more expensive, about $220 but will kick butt with a .70 size 4 stroke
Hype 3D- very cool plane but pricey at over $300, same engine as the flip and smaller U Can Do.
The best 3D'er though from what I have seen.

50CC -100CC Gasoline
Chip Hyde Double Vision,,,,, WildHare, AeroWorks, Hangar9 and Laniers ARF Edge 540T, or an Extra 330L with the lower wing setting will 3D like nobodys business. Also Extreme Flights new Yak ARF line is getting a LOT of hype but I havent actually seen one fly in person, the videos and reviews are putting it with the best of the best as far as quality and flyability.

100cc++
If you wanna build a big 35-40% 3d plane, look into AeroWorks, Carden or Composite ARF, they make the coolest best 3D planes but you pay for what you get, and vice versa!!

I have flown some of these and seen the rest fly, just thought these would give you a place to start looking and doing some of your own homework. All of these companies have great websites

Maybe this will provoke some other suggestions.
