That looks normal.

On the Raptor, when the slider moves to the 4.5mm side (left, port), the nose turns to the left. When the slider moves to the 10mm side (right, starboard), the nose turns to the right. Since the torque of the engine acting on the main rotor is trying to turn the nose to the left all the time anyway, you don't need as much left as you do right. You need more right than you do left to have a balance. This setup looks totally normal.

Just be sure that there is no binding in HH or rate mode while you are on the ground and then carefully fly it. Presuming the gyro is mostly configured correctly, it will do the right thing once you are in the air.
