thanx for all the information i went up to radioshack picked me up a new fuse and the transmitter is on hte charger right now i have not used my plane in 3 years so i am still cycling the batteries i figure it will take about 16 hours to get it cahrged... oh ya i have one more question

i have cycled my batteries ( charging and discharging) i still am not getting a full charge on the TX it seems to be false peaking.
i am thinking these batteries are getting old do u guys know where i can get a replacement for the JR F400?
