This is just from my experience and level of practice. Your mileage may vary:

Tail Touch Balloon pop <- Hardest:
Hovering Torque Roll
Inverted Harrier
Knife Edge Spin
Waterfall
Blender
Flat spin (upright/inverted, rising or falling)
Wall
Upright Harrier (looks like "hover" in wind) <- Easiest
