Default New Moki problem.
I am having alot of trouble starting my Moki 2.10. Here are the details.

Brand new Moki 2.10
K&B1L plug
Byron 0% FAI fuel
3 oz castor added to the fuel
Iron bay regulator.

Hard as heck to start. I choke it until it has fuel dripping out of the carb. In order for me to start it I have to turn the high speed needle almost all the way in. Then once it starts It's way too lean. I have to back out the needle about 3 turns for proper operation. Any Ideas anybody?
