I don't think a Moki can ever get flooded, I actually squirt fuel strait into the carb when I fire mine up the first of the day. It loves to start wet. However, the regulator I suspect is causing problems.

I don't run a regulator on my Moki 180, my friend DID (Cline regulator) and his plane ended up broken into a couple pieces, he now since removed the regulator he hasnt had a problem since. He goes by DGrant here on RCU if you want to talk to him about his problems.
