Manual suggests:

CG - 3.5"
Ail - 3/8"
Rud - 1 1/8"
Ele - 1/2"

Mine:

CG - 3.25" or 3.5" but about 5 degrees nose down (for maiden flight and then adjust to your liking)
Ail - 3/8" (i love a lot of ailerons, so I can roll fast when flying slowly)
Rud - 1 1/8" is fine ... does not really cause the plane to fly bad
Ele - just under 1/2", the plane will not snap that fast
Washout - 1/8" on ailerons

Please ensure that your plane has the wing tips and aileron tips inserted!!!
