RE: What should I do with a Trainer plane.
here is my second post to you ,flying a R/C plane is not like a sim. the only thing that they have in common is familiarizing yourself with the controls thats it ,any novice should try to find someone who has some experience with flying, the plane wasn't cheap and unless you have allot of disposable cash you should go out of your way to find a AMA field where someone can give you some basic tips even if only once its not the take offs that hurt its the landings I am just getting back into the hobby myself after along layoff and most guys will be more than willing to help out I drive 35 min. to my club field and its worth every min. because my plane is in one piece and the help I have gotten has helped immeasurably certainly during your first actual flying experience
