Default How Many mAh?

Batteries in series:
Voltage is additive.
Current rating remains the same if the cells are of equal values.
(It is very wise to use cells of the same chemistry and mAH rating.)

Batteries in parrallel:
Voltage remains the same as just one cell.
Current ratings are additive.
(It is not wise to charge any batteries in parrallel without special equipment and battery monitering devices.)

I think this is covered in Red's Battery Clinic.

Just out of curiosity, why do you want that much power and voltage for such a small aircraft?
It is a good idea to get a peak charger designed for NiMH when using this type of battery.
Charging at C/10 or less with a standard charger won't hurt much though. Just keep an eye on the pack near the end of charge to see if they get warm. When they do get warm call it good-they're done. Discharge and repeat.

And don't forget to take your TX with you to the field!
