ok i have a xtm 24.7 engine just go out on me. [] the guy at the lhs said i had no compression at all and the engine was toast. which leads me to my question:

Should i buy the parts to fix the engine, buy a new xtm 24.7, or go with another brand with the same or more power?

Also if you think the answer is another engine please let me know wich one and approx. how much they are going for.
