RE: advice for first time conversion
i'll try to post some pics soon . Also, thanks rcpilet, for the invitation. I was at work when you called but will return your call soon. I have the joy of working graveyard shift and sleeping little during the day. The pricey part on these were not too bad. I was at a garage sale and picked up four rsm 3800's and one "pro mac" from McCulloch (never heard of it) for $27. I have not pulled the engines out of all but one of them yet, but that one seemed to be in good shape. I have also heard that if you know a garbage man, that is a good place to get stuff. You would be amazed at what people throw away.
