FMS is okay for the very basics of RC flight, but it's not very realistic. (Heare's a link to a guy that sells the interface cables for about $16 shipped. http://www.mattclement.freeservers.com/fms/fms.html )

If you want to use a Sim to learn Heli flight, I'd highly recommend spending the money for something like Great Planes "Real Flight" (about $200), or "Aerofly Pro" which was on sale at an RCU advertisers site for $139 recently.

I wouldn't trust FMS to prepare you.
