Thanks for the tip garlicbreath. I held the heli and looked at the swashplate. It is slightly tipping forward even with the trim all the way down. Even when I pull down on the tx the swash plate barelt tips back enough to go below parallel. Is it possible to tweek the servo itself? I think if I could just start the servo a fraction lower than it is now I can fix the problem.
