Windex is abrasive and will put tiny scratches in your plastic covering.

I use 45%: 99% isopropyl drugstore alcohol
45%: water
10%: Simple Green or similar degreaser.

Use rags and not paper towels on the plane. Paper fibers are also abrasive.
