If you are still looking for an answer, try soap and water. Add a drop of dish detergent in a spray bottle of water. Spray both surfaces, place your graphic on the aircraft, move it around to where you want it . Take a squeeze and remove as much water as you can, allow it to dry in the sunlight if possible, wait about 10 - 24 hours before moving the graphics. Once completely dry it will not move.

The soap and water trick is also use to put tint on car windows. It works great.
