A while ago someone here posted a note about a type of voltage regulator that increased voltage. You could take a 3.7V lithium and increase the voltage to a desired voltage, ie 6V. I recall the device was a component with a name something like TI5nnn. Anyone recall this article who can direct me to it, or give me the details of this component ?
