Default Need Help--new to 4 strokes

Hi Guys, I just picked up a 4 Star 60 with Saito 80 (I believe). Anyway, I ran into a few issues:
1) I'm used to having the fuel needle about 1 1/2 turns out on average to have the air-fuel about right (depending on air temps). Where do I start with this Saito 80 4 stroke? Could it be 3 or 3 1/2 turns out? It was 85 degree F here today.

2) To prime my OS engine, I put my finger over the carb opening. Is there no such place on the Saito? Is this not needed? (I did get it started)

3) Do these engines smoke a little more than the 2 strokes?

THANKS!
