Saito says to put your finger over the muffler hole and turn it a few times to prime. You can see the fuel being drawn thru the fuel line. Remove your finger and turn a couple of more times to make sure it isn't fuel locked. Then, crank it. My .56 Saito draws fuel fine this way and cranks right up.
Yeah, I saw that on their website. But you can only do that once---or wait until that baby cools down!
