You can get a starter box for $05 box..a good ofna chrome top one to..off of ebay withe verything included, battery, power panel, glow plug ignitor..etc...than shipping to australia would be some more cash..but stil maybe only like $130 approx.

Trust me the pullstarts are gonnna keep breaking. And no you dont need another backplate to use the starter box.
