Richard Barron drew a great set of plans for the Hawk back in the early 80's. They are no longer available as Barron has passed away, but I'm sure some one has a copy somewhere. Seems to me you could enlarge the 22% plans of Hostetler. 3% ain't much. I built the Goshawk in 1/4 scale from Barron plans (The P6E is essentially the same a/c) and it is a pretty big model.
