Yeah, I picked up the ARF last weekend, Had it flying the next day. I LOVE THAT PLANE! I'm new to 3D flying but slowly getting the knack. I have never flown the others you mentioned so I cant compare sorry. I can say this. With the Katana things just "feel" easier if that makes sense?? I'm still getting mine dialed in the way I like but even the first flight was a blast! The plane just floats in the air, I missed my first landing 'cause it just wanted to stay up there. It is Lite,Straight,Strong! ( dont ask) I think there are some diif's between the kit and the ARF, Not sure as to what they are. I don't think they are major.
