Default RE: A few of the rules in the NSCC.

NSCC contests will be easy to hold, one class means one day events will be a breeze. No more having to follow the band wagon in your area from class to class always buying new equipment. No worrying about if its too windy to fly or launch down wind. No worrying about carrying two or three fuels to mix just so you can slip in right at a legal rpm limit just so your plane will not fall out of the sky from lack of power. Why pay the same price for a fragile little temperamental motor when you can use a more durable reliable engine or maybe even use all the B class engines you ALREADY have.
The NSCC will NEVER have more than this one class. Simple is beautiful.
I have had to buy equipment for 4 classes of combat to fly in my area. I don't have the time, money or desire to do this anymore. We only have 300 or so combat pilots in the US so we don't need five or six different classes (IMO).
And yes, this class is a close copy of the new rcca scale class.(thanks Ed/Cash)
A year ago some of the top pilots in the rcca suggested a class VERY similar to this and they were ignored. This will be a perfect cross from NSCC to Open B or the other way. The NSCC will have a NPS.
