It is a Sachs 4.2 cylinder, its just machined on the outside to be pretty. If you are running it on glow then there will be an adapter in the cylinder to make the spark plug hole fit a glow plug. Also some had a second glow plug installed. This would be the only mod you would have to make to a stock cylinder.
