you have mostlikely flooded the engine, remove the glow plug and put the car on the starter box like you do to start it. this will clean out the exess fuel. if you havent yet touched the needles, you can get away with leaning it no more than a quarter turn. once you get the engine started,let it run till it gets hot , then shut it off. repeat this step 3 or 4 times, regardless of how many 'tanks' of fuel you burn. the idea is to bring the piston and sleeve up close to the temp they will be running at. then follow the manufacturers instructions for leaning it out. this is the process i've used for years and it has worked very well for ME. others may disagree, or have there own break-in opinions, but theres mine.
