Redbirdy and Eagle both make a good point. I have a SE to build (someday) and have an Irvine 53 to power it. I like Irvines too. I saw a lot of people reccomending one for this plane. So I got one. I am not dissapointed with the engine.

BTW the 50 SX is a nice engine as well. If you really like it (and it appers you do) go ahead and get one. The final decision is yours. Buy what you like, The SX will work fine for you.
