Default Changing from needle to LCD

Hi all,

I want to modify my charger, so that it displays the current in digits instead of this inaccurate needle pointer.

Protech Delta 10
Intelligent quickcharger.
1-10 Cell (NICD of NIMH), Current: 100 to 4000mAh.
Capable of discharging and temprature probing.
Plugs into ciggarette lighter.
Dont stare yourself blind on the brand name, because this charger goes under many names.

Ive opened it up, and tried making pictures, but my cheapskate wal-mart cam REALLY stinks at macro photography. [:@]
So youll have to do with a description. [&:]

Blue = Wires
Red = Terminals
Orange = Thick Copper Wire.

Does someone know how to get this changed to an LCD, so I can set the mAh more accurate?

Thanks in Advance,
