you would probably get away with rubber glue specially made for tyres and rims, but super glue would probably do.Would be a bit brittle though

How are you starting the car? are you gonna turn the flywheel from under the chassis or what. If so its going to be difficult to turn it evenly and straight.

I think that type starter is for planes etc???
