I do like the canopy of the 540T over the one-seater 540... but it's a minor personal thing.

And as Ronk reported... the correct distance from firewall to front of drive shaft plate is 6 5/16"... tho not set in stone... in other words you have leeway to move forward as this distance places the cowl with 1.5" overlap of the fuse...

If for some reason balance seems to be an issue, I'll move my engine out as much as 1" to compensate.

Looks like there is just enough room for a canister install too...
