Hmmm, no reply from GSP today! Why does this not surprise me?! I will be gathering letters from fellow modelers who wish to join me in this complaint. I feel sad that it has come to this but maybe it will be in the best interest of R/Cer's everywhere. I feel at a loss that over the years, all the companies I've dealt with, all the modelers I've met both on line and at shows have taken this hobby and looked at it like a huge family. Each helping and benefiting the next. I especially appreciate forums such as RCU and RCO for allowing us to broaden our knowledge and share our moments, in a family environment. I've bought and sold here, on RCO and on E-Bay and not once have I been dealt with in a rude, uncaring manner. It just isn't the nature of us to do such things to one another. I applaud companies such as Horizon, Hobbico, Great Planes, Ace, Northwest Hobby Technologies,etc. for above and beyond customer service. I wish everyone who has allowed me to voice my concerns and those who are willing to take up the cause with me continued success and happiness. Even if you don't participate in this action I hope you'll gleen some good from these posts that will help you in buying decisions in the future.
