To set up the airplane initially, I usually check from level flight going into a long vertical climb under full power and straight rudder. If at some point the airplane tends to go right, I will add left thrust. If the airplane also tends to roll to the right, which is sort of equivilant to dropping the right wing, it could require adjusting the right aileron down or left aileron up slightly at this trim position and/or dialing some more left thrust. But before any of this the airplane should be balanced along the longitudinal axis also.[8D]
