Default learning aerobatics

I had Den flying around the skies for fife years and not really doing much more then that. I can do loops, rooks (not always the best),fly inverted, Knife edge, stall turns, split s and a few other things. But I wanted to improve my flying skills and learn so more aerobatics and maybe even move to 3d flying. I have been told the way to get a plane into a flat spin is to snap roll it then at the right time more the rudder input to the opposite side. I have been trying to do this on real flight sim and haven't managed to do it yet. I was wondering is it possible to do this on the simulater ? and also I was wondering where I might be able to get some videos or some information on how to do some of these maneuvers and maybe even what the best way to set up a fun fly or a 3D airplane. any help would be appreciated
