You'll be disappointed with the CEN .18 as it's actually slower than what you have. It's only rated at around 21,000 RPM. An O.S. .18 might do the trick as it has the fully threaded crank, pull-start and rotary carb but it's air-cooled. My LHS is selling them for $130.00, not too bad.
