I have been installing my servos just like Scott describes and it works great. You must thread the screws into the lite ply first and then remove them so that the holes are already cut with the thread of of your servo screw. Give the thin CA plenty of time to cure before remounting the servo. When using 1/8" lite ply for a servo mount, this makes the few threads that are cut into the wood very strong and tight.
