I've never had the AA grade go rancid, nor have I had it congeal in the original sealed container.

If you don't use a large volume, buy it in smaller containers as its exposure to the atmosphere will eventually cause its deterioration. Not as bad as moisture contamination in your glow fuel, but it will eventually kill it after the liquid level gets low.

Or you could buy a five gallon can and pour it into 20 one quart bottles.
