I agree with Campy and Minn. No need for pcm at this level. I also suggest buying JR equipment. I hear the new 6102 is a nice radio at a good price. Just be sure when you order your new radio to order it on the same channel as your old set. You then can use all of the flight gear from that radio. You in essence get a free flight pack. And have a spare transmitter or a buddy box. Good luck with whatever you end up with.
