I am also saving up for a Rappy 50....Gettin there pretty fast though. How old are you? (just wodnering)

It's neat to see other people saving up for a heli. I personally think that you could do with out that 8103 radio. Really though. Just beause that's the radio tat you could get help with, doen't mean that you have to get that particular one. What about some other one like...um....A Futaba 7CHP is only $250 at my Hobby Store. You could go even lower if you don't have to have a computer one, but I would suggest you have a computer one though.

Really though, I think you could save $200+ by not buying that very expensive JR radio. You know that you have a manual and stuff, and if you get another radio, then the other pilots that would have helped you out on the 8103, I'm sure would be able to help you out on another cheaper but good radio. IMHO, I think you should look at the Futaba 7CHP that I mentioned above. That is a great radio, and I have looked throught the programming, and it's a breeze (not to say that JR isn't easy - I have never owned or programmed a JR one)....



Now, I'm looking at that CoolPower price, and I'm just wondering if you made a mistake, well typo in typing that $100??......That sure alot, even in Belgium!!
