$100 is alot of fuel! i'm assuming that is a 4 gallon case. Instead, just get a gallon locally if you can. (-$75) you probably won't need 6 glow plugs in the next 3 years with that, so just buy two instead. ($-20) Extra flight pack (battery), I was going to say scrap that but depending on what the radio comes with you may want it. Is the stock one a 600mah pack?

other then that, as others have mentioned I would pick a different radio. 7c/9c would be a great choice. PCM and digitals are certainly not required either, and could be left as upgrades for later.

personally, given the choice in between not having a heli for quite a while longer or buying now with mine and everyone elses recommendations, I would be ordering a heli right now! [8D]
