I wish I would have studied stab incidence befor I have to cut it off after covering to make it right. This is what I have learned. Tell me if I am wrong. I am dealing with plans that don't show it. The notes on the plans tell you. Bipe calls for 0 one both wings and +2 on the hor stab.
1, Establish a thrust line.
level the motor mount to the tail. Thats the thrust line. Make jigs.
2, Install the wings. 0 to the thrust line
3, Make the stab incidence with respect to the wing\wings.
